Inspired by nature

My name is Cindy and I am an artisan flower-grower-florist. I grow from my micro farm in Tilney St Lawrence near King’s Lynn, in Norfolk. I work with the seasons and arrange in a garden gathered style. I use sustainable techniques within my work, my flowers are organically grown without the use of harmful chemicals, herbicides and pesticides and I do not use floral foam at all.

My love for flowers has spanned decades, earning me the nickname of Nanny Flowers, a name given to me by my youngest grandson, Archie. I started growing my own flowers in May 2020, and whilst this started as a hobby and an escape, it soon turned into a passion as I saw my first Dahlias bloom and just how much they were appreciated by the local pollinators. The floristry side of the business has organically evolved, and I have developed a style that has been appreciated and requested by my customers. I have even had the honour of being asked to arrange and deliver flowers to our late Queen for her birthday in 2022.

I incorporate an abundance of natural materials in my work. I am inspired by nature, the seasons and my love for colour, movement and texture. My signature style is garden gathered and whimsical.
